We at BroVis assure our fullest post sales support to all our partners and end users. We request you to follow the procedure listed below for committed and streamlined support from us.

  • As a first step call our customer care representative to obtain telephonic support. Best effort will be made to fix your problem over telephone.
  • If customer care representative recommend to ship the unit back to our facility (for service), kindly obtain “RMA Ticket Number” from the concerned ‘Sales Account Manager’
  • Upon the receipt of the ‘RMA Ticket’ kindly download RMA form and mail back the duly filled RMA form to support@brovis.com
  • Our RMA department will respond to your mail in less than 24hrs. Upon verification of the details provided by you in the RMA form, RMA department will authorize your request for service
  • Once authorized by our RMA department, ship the units to our facility
